Skins or ward skins going missing?

I don't know if anyone else has had this happen to them but I thought I had a Swain skin the Bilgewater one I think and just shrugged it off because it's not important and I figured I was just forgetful and never actually had it but recently my ward skin has gone missing the gingerbread one and this one I know I had and its gone. So if anyone has had this happen to them tell me and if a rioter has an explanation for this I would be happy to hear.
