Game Breaking Bug

I played a game and then did not press the defeat button. I started another game, and when I clicked on the League of Legends icon, instead of bringing me back to my current game, it brought me to the defeat screen of my last game. I pressed defeat, It took me to the end game stats, and then my launcher was normal again. My new match had just disappeared without a trace. Please help.
