Lag issue i think after patch 7.23

I have serious lag issue my fps are constantly between 100-250 normally but with this bug they are between 20-50 and i don't know why? For 2-3 minutes i have normal fps and after for 5-6 minutes 20-50 fps. Any ideas how to resolve this?
