Tahm Kench Ultimate Bug

Hi. So I have a bug to report. In my last game I was playing as Tahm Kench, everything was going fine and all worked well...suddenly my ultimate ability didn't work anymore (with Tahm alone or with a teammate). Then after a few tries what would happen was that my Ultimate was becoming the W ability and eating the teammate. Problem is when I ate them by Ultimate, they would lose health. So we actually did a pretty funny recording with cellphone (sorry bad quality) and we got the bug for you guys to check. Me and "zomii" tried to do it while still playing to win the game so we wouldn't ruin the game for the others, so I had to use the cellphone.
