Problems with Chat Connection

Hi guys, i have some problems with Chat Connection ! "Unable to connect to chat , you may reconnect manually " And when im trying to connect it says : " Disconnected from chat, attempting to reconnect..." I cant talk in club, or friends or , champion Choosing, just when in already ingame. Thank u ! MR DiUKE

I have the same problem, and it happens when I am in champion selection, then I can't select or ban. And I am getting punished, you know the additional time, this is ridiculous. I am punished for the failure of the game!
