Zyra's plants are currently targeting non-hostiles (poros/health packs/etc)

As long as it it attacking something, it's not in the list to fix. Right now there are many ways to trigger zyra plants bug so it won't attack at all.

For example, pick lulu or bard and walk close to the seed so that when the plant spawn, it won't attack at all.
