Strange graphical issue

Hello everyone. I recently very suddenly got this weird graphical problem. I get it in different ways for different games but it only seems to happen in game. I started seeing it after the lights went out in my house. After I turned my computer back on and loaded up the game, the outlines from characters and objects seem to drag away from their objects and towards the center of the screen. It's not a league of legends problem specifically but I am hoping someone here may have had this issue in the past.

I was also getting graphical issues, mainly with Summon: Aery just glitching all over the place when it was returning to its user, and a few abilities (I was playing xayah, the Q animation did not work correctly, and occasionally it looks like feathers are being thrown from the opposite direction).

This specific issue looks like artifacting from a bad overclock to me. Do you have an overclock enabled or did you at the time of taking the picture? If so, try to recreate the bug without the overclock enabled. If you didn't have an overclock enabled then there is nothing I can suggest.
