Bugsplat provisional lost??..

I was playing my 8th provisional game today, and during the beginning of the laning phase my client crashed. It was right when I was getting my first cs, and that is when the game crashed. My team and I lost as a result of that, and I'm wondering if Riot is trying to fix this. It happened during preseason ranked game once, and now I lost a ranked game, tilting everyone on my team. I don't know if they can make it as a lost prevented, but I really hope they can...
