Client Disconnect Issues

I've been disconnecting in champ select on the new patch. I have tested my connection, and reinstalled the client. This seems to be a recurring problem, though it only happens in 1-10 games or so. Can someone please look into this? It is inconvenient to have queue penalties for things that I cannot control especially while playing ranked.
