[gameplay] Yasuo wind wall isn't blocking brands pyroclasm

When brand ulted with pyroclasm I tried to block it with wind wall. It is no longer doing so and as a result I was chunked haha. Please look into this issue because from what I know it should be able to block it.

Yasuo's wind wall has always been fairly buggy against point and click casts. I have had countless Akali and Katarina Q's go straight through my wall.

I believe this is caused by sever latency, and I found that the only solution to it is to cast Wind Wall earlier.
