Can't login. Keeps sending me to webpage of login failure possibilities

just recently it wont let me login. it keeps sending me to a web page of possibilities. I've tried all of them and now out of ideas PLEASE help. Currently running on Mac updated version OS X Yosemite V 10.10.2

I dont have safari but i did the same thing with chrome in terms of resetting.
