Watching others replay files: always crashing

I coach and watch my teams replay files to create vod reviews. It has not worked since the latest patch. It constantly creates a memory dump error and crashed my game. I really need this as a tool so I can help my team.

Ever since the patcher was changed too it has had way more issues watching other replay files. The path to create the shortcut to drop files onto has changed and screwing everything up on my end.

I REALLY need this fixed. Please help!
