Unable to select champion in champ select

Lately I have been having multiple issues when trying to get in to ranked or draft style games. During both the banning and champ select phase, I have been getting errors with being unable to lock in my ban or champion. This has resulted in multiple bans, though all short currently, but it is causing a lot of frustration. I believe this is a client side issue, because it has happened across multiple computers and laptops. (home built PC, HP and MSI Laptop)

So far I have accumulated about 2 hours worth of bans for "dodging" because of this issue.

I have seen other forums posted on this same problem, but have seen a lack luster of responses.
