Summoner name not showing change

changed my summoner name from Uzi Ooze to OG Uzi back in December my firends still see me as Uzi Ooze unless we are in game together but if i whisper to them even in game it shows as from Uzi Ooze. attachment one show one of my friends screens the second one shows my screen
