Launcher starts up with no "Play button".

So I exited out of the game and tried to restart it the launcher comes up showing almost nothing only the "x" and "-" responsive.I can also start up more than 1 launcher if I repeatedly click the shortcut. I've tried disabling my proxy and reinstalling league, but no success. I am currently running on a recently updated Windows 10 Dell computer. I just want to play some league and hope anyone can give me some advice.
