How do you know it's their fault and not yours? You can try running the game as administrator and see if that helps disconnections, it worked for me.

ok..can you tell me..i play every game 15min normal with no problems...and then disc...somethimes i can go back in game...last two days i just can login

It kinda sounds like it's your internet/laptop. I say run as administrator, try it again a few games. If it doesn't work, try sending a support ticket and they should help you fix the problem.
