Bug with the Client

I experienced that I could not go in to picks/bans. The client went black and showed nothing champions and users. So I just closed the client and relogged then I get the penalty. It happened 2 times in this season. I just finished one qualifying game and won, and it happened in my second qualifying game. Now I have one win and one loss. I don't need to get that loss removed, but please fix this bug in the future.
