heimerdinger turret bug

when i was playing heimerdinger at 2:10Am today my turrets shooting animation kept going while in the river but i was back at the fountain it showed them shooting there teemo but took no damge this also happend when i used my ult to get the big turret my team and the opposing team saw this as well so i figured i would tell you thank you for your time
