Eternal '1 more draft game requirement' for end to ranked ban

There are a host of other bugs that come along with this (bad) system, but the worst currently is that the ranked ban will not currently end no matter how many draft games are played, instead remaining at 1 required.

Additionally, if you do not relog when you are banned, playing normal draft mode whilst ranked is locked will infact put you in a ranked game.

That and nothing will update unless you relog.
