First of all. I am NOT looking for a community response, this is for Riot reference and review, I don't care about your opinions. These are my opinions and suggestions. No one else, so buzz off if you have any rude comments. As to what Riot does about my opinions and suggestions also doesn't matter to me. At least I was able to speak my mind. In the end I'm sure Riot knows what's best. After all, look at what League of Legends has become. A bot infested world of anger and unbalance.

Anyway here it is.

Champion Select Interface. People always rage at the sight of an "auto-lock" because, well say person A calls mid first, then person B calls mid, but they were too late, but oh hey look, they already locked in. And their champion isn't much good elsewhere, or they refuse to go elsewhere, then you end up with a duo mid, which hurts the team, because they become underfed. Anyway, I think adding a 10-15 second delay to the Lock-In button would help prevent a lot of this rage. It has come to the point where I would rather drop out of champion select, than to deal with these people, and wait out the time delay for leaving.

Role Selection Interface. I think it would also help to have a role selection interface. Instead of calling your role and position, you get to select it, and once it has been selected, it is an unavailable selection to others. But also have the option to trade roles, just like ARAM Champions, if they work it out in chat. Even if you plan out a pre-made 5 person team, and you want to fool around and say... Go all mid, or all tank. Doesn't really matter what role you select because you just do what you want in-game.

The roles in a game are usually.

A top laner (Top). Middle laner (Mid). Jungle (Jg/Jgl). Attack Damage Carry (ADC). And Support (Sup/Supp).

This is the most common set-up of any game. I believe role selection would help new players learn how to set up a proper team as well.

Champions.

Singed. His flip, there seems to be a way to bug it so that you cant flip them, instead you just toss them up in the air for less than half a second, and the prey can still easily escape. This happened to me several times in one game. I also think it would be very beneficial to slightly lower the mana consumption of his poison trail, and slightly reduce the effect of his passive, which gives more maximum mana. Almost any singed player will notice early game that they run out of mana very quickly, even when attempting to conserve.

Fizz. He is almost always banned in any ranked game. Why? He can avoid a lot of damage with a single skill, cool, that's not so bad. Combine that with unrelenting damage and he becomes unbalanced. People ban him for a reason, no one wants to face a Fizz in ranked.

Draven. yes he takes skill to play but his blades are far too easy to catch in my opinion. the distance is fine, maybe reduce the area size that Draven has to be in to catch it. And as stated above, give him an Infinity Edge and attack speed, and he becomes a god. This is unfair to anyone.

Viegar. I personally play Viegar as a support, his stun and harass ability is very effective for supporting not just your ADC, but your entire team. I take 1 minion per wave with my q to stack my AP which gives a far better late game. But he deals way too much damage, and although he himself takes a lot of damage in return, I have been able to 1 hit AP champions with Viegars ultimate. I think it is entirely unfair for any champion to be able to 1 hit any champion. Period.

Azir. Part of his passive I believe is to increase your attack speed with cooldown reduction. Well, with 40% CDR, I didn't notice much of an increase at all, maybe 2%? I guess as a passive this isn't a problem, but it really gives you no reason to build cooldown. Since his w and q cooldowns become so short at max. I find it more beneficial to build a Nashors Tooth and Phantom Dancer, than say an Athenes Unholy Grail. and any other CDR item.

Items.

Infinity Edge. Something needs to be done about this item. Any ADC can become extremely overpowered because of this one item, combined with attack speed. Give us a way to counter this. An ADC can reduce a full tank to nothing, if not kill them, in a 1 on 1 situation. Defeats the purpose of even having a tank on the team. Sure you should focus the damage dealer, but good luck with that when they can kill even the tank. An item that would reduce critical strike damage by say... 25-30% would be perfect. that still gives infinity edge a 20-25% more critical damage bonus against the opponent countering, instead of the 50% bonus it would give against anyone else.

Summoner Spells.

Ghost. I believe this spell should give at least a 30-35% speed boost, as 27% just doesn't make it beneficial to bring, especially for lower level players who can't use flash.

Team Builder. This game mode is extremely bugged. Players are randomly kicked, yet they remain on the team list, requiring you to start a new team builder. (This is separate) Once, I was the owner, and a player was kicked, but they were still in the lobby, able to chat and everything. and someone took his place, once we had a full team, there were a total of 6 people in the party, which makes no sense. Another problem is inviting. Some players are unable to accept invites randomly. Sometimes restarting the client fixes this problem but not always.

And with that, I take my leave. Thank you for reading.
