Champion Capsule Missing after Loot bug

I had earned a Champion Capsule for leveling up after an ARAM match but noticed that I was unable to access loot and was shown a hover tip reading "Loot has been temporarily disabled, please check service status for more info" (or something along those lines) so I decided to just try relogging to see if that fixes the loot issue (after checking the site for a service status update) and it did re-enable loot, however, I discovered that the Champion Capsule I had earned, wasn't there. I noticed some other summoners are popping up with this same issue. I have to ask, will we be able to get the Champion Capsules we had earned? Or did this bug just make it so we wasted a level up?

Yeah same thing too. I leveled up after a game and noticed that the loot section was bugged. I logged in after and I couldn't find my champion capsule.
