Zilean Ult doesn't heal enough

I just had an ARAM game with a Zilean who ulted quite well, but the health you got after reviving was significantly lower than it should've been. At first we thought we got a morellos debuff or ignited, but after serveral revives we always only got less than the half we should have gotten - without being ignited!

Does anyone else have the same problem?

If i remember correctly, ARAM has a debuff that makes all heals 50% less effective on other players, it doesn't include self heals ( if zilean ults himself he should get the 100% benefit from it ) zilean ult counts as a heal, wind speaker blessing works with it.
