Bug with Heimerdinger

While I was playing in game with Heimerdinger I noticed that when someone had just been targeted by my turrets right after they had left the last shot that had gone out of the turret and then even when the turret was off (from me being away from it) it kept firing at the place that the shot had hit them as though they were still there. I have seen this happen multiple times while playing Heimerdinger and I just thought that I should report it.
