[GAMEPLAY] Crystalline Flask

On 5v5 my keyboard shortcut for mana pot or flask (usually 3) doesn't go off. When I hit p to open shop then close it, that sometimes fixes the issue. I thought maybe it was just the shortcut but it does it no matter which number it's set to. Had the issue with Sivir, Kayle, and Ahri. Doesn't happen every time I try to use it but often, even on first shot.
