My account Permanently banned becuase a bad player. riot must unlock my account

Yesterday,when I tried to log in client, it showed a message. That message said my a count has banned permanently. I was so surprised, because I didn't do anything that can make my account to be banned. Therefore, I checked my mach history, than I can see the rank game that I played fizz. After I saw that I realised what happend, if you see my match history you cwould see Rakan with 9 deaths. In the game that Rakan trolled in purpose. I was playing mid. During the game the rakan died in bot lane and he suddenly came to mid and died. I told him to don't troll, but he sweared to me and said he Ia not trolling. After that he died more and more. Than me and our adc were a bit mad. We ask him to please stop dying. Than he started swear to us, so we said some bad words to him. Therefore, he reported me. Maybe he reported our adc too. I did not report him because I was so mad, so I just turned off my computer. I think this is very unfair for me, because riot banned my account permanently without checking what actually happend in game. They just banned me because I sweared. I sweared because the rakan started swearing first and he trolled in purpose. I know I should not swear, but if you check what happened in game. You must know that you shouldn't ban by acount permanently.
