MAJOR QUINN (or should i say valor) BUG

OK so I just finished playing a game where some, weird, things were happening. i was playing nami with a varus as my adc vs a cross-hair Quinn and a tahm as her support. things were fine until she got her ult, after the ult was suppose to end tahm had eaten her to save he from my wave...however this did not end well...she was stuck in her valor form and unable to change back, even after die'ing a few times to me and varus. this got worse because she could only use melee attacks and didn't get the extra attack-speed. it only got worse for her because she was now a adc with the range of a angry gnar...she ended up forfeiting and gving us the match however this is a GIANT bug and needs to be fixed, while i cannot show any proof if you look at the chat logs and match history. If anyone reads this PLEAS SPREAD THE WORD, THIS KILLS QUINN AND MAKES HER WORSE THE YORICK OR POPPY.

I have also tested this with a friend three times now and it always happens, some times i cant even use ability's
