[GAMEPLAY] Sated Devourer bugs Rek'Sai/Aatrox

With Rek'Sai when he gets Sated Devourer, his q doesn't properly do the double on hit from Sated Devourer and Blade of the Ruined King passive.

It applies the single on hit damage of the devourer as if it was never Sated, but when Rek'Sai uses all 3 charges of his Q and goes to basic attacks, the sated devourer works properly and does the phantom hit on second hit w/ blade passive and original sated magic dmg on hit.

Also, with Aatrox, sated devourer has bugs relating to his w not properly working.
