[GAMEPLAY] Vel'Koz's Q can hit twice procing spell shield and dealing damage

On Vel'Koz, when plasma fission hits a target before splitting there is a slight delay before the it splits. Normally, the champions that get hit by the Q cannot be hit by the same bolt on the split but if the champion spellshields during the delay between the first bolt and the next two, one of the two second bolts will proc the spell shield.

1. Hit plasma fission on Sivir
2. Have Sivir use spell shield after getting hit but before bolt splits
3. One of the two bolts will hit Sivir again, procing spell shield

I did this using arclight Vel'Koz and Sivir, but i believe it should work with any skin or other spell shield champions (Nocturne).
