[CLIENT] Replay Bug: Can't record more than one highlight per replay

Ever since the release of patch 8.23, I can no longer record more than one highlight per replay. Before this bug, the usual would happen. If I recorded one highlight for a replay and it was named "8-23_NA1-2917458975_01", the next highlight I record for the same replay would be named "8-23_NA1-2917458975_02".

However, ever since patch 8.23, each subsequent replay is named as the same file name. So if I record one highlight as "8-23_NA1-2917458975_01", the second highlight I record is also named "8-23_NA1-2917458975_01", meaning the first one is replaced. In order to record both highlights, I have to close the replay, re-open it, and then record the second highlight in order for it to be named "8-23_NA1-2917458975_02" and not replace the first clip.

I don't know if this is just me or if this is an actual bug for other people. This bug happens to me 100% of the time without fail ever since patch 8.23, which is extremely frustrating if I want to record more than one highlight in a replay. The two videos linked below show an example of the bug. The first is me recording two highlights that are recorded with the same name, and the second is me opening my folder to show that only the second highlight is recorded.
