[CLIENT] Bug when spectating

When you spectate the drafts, the summoner spells of the red team are almost out of screen in the client.

I tried quitting and re-spectating 3 times before the drafts were finished but it was always the same.

Also it would be pretty neat to see Rune keystones in the client & ingame when spectating.
