Champion Movement Glitching

Ever since the God King patch, my champion glitches and teleport when I change directions rapidly. This seems to calm down once the minions meet in the middle of the lanes, but does not disappear completely. (Although, I may be more fluid with my clicks once the laning phase begins and maybe it is still there the same as the start.)
