Champ Select Screen Bug

Tried twice to queue for ranked and finish out my series, only to accept queue and not be transferred into the champion select screen to actually pick what champ I want to play / ban and still at the main client screen. Have one loss in my series because of it and now a 30 minute wait time to queue again. (since I quit the client entirely and attempted to run as administrator and queued again hoping that would fix the issue, unfortunately it did not). This is quite unfortunate. Can't seem to do anything that would force me into the champ select screen itself, the top buttons, ie, lobby, home, profile etc disappear and all I'm left with is my friends list (where I can see myself listen as "in champion select" lmao) and the links to whatever happens to be on the daily home page of the client.

Edit 1: Tried to queue on my other account in ranked and it did the same thing, did not even take me to the champ select screen and just left me at the home screen of the client

Edit 2: Tried again, only difference being I chose regular draft pick and closed off my LoLReplay2 (formerly LSI) app (shows in game ranks/ champ mastery/ champ stat history/ runes/ masteries)

Edit 3 (and possibly solution?): The issue appears to be LoLReplay2 so anyone using the app I suggest not using it until the issue is fixed on their end.
