Game Crash (Eventually)

So I am going to try and Describe this issue as best I can.

It starts with the game loading in with no Audio, and nothing I do fixes this. Along with no audio, the visual quality is abysmal, like super low, even if I have medium or high selected. Then, as the game proceeds, there is slight FPS stutter within the first 15 minutes, and eventually ramping up to getting an average of 3 fps. Lowering the visual setting does not change this, no matter the setting. Then, if I try to leave, the client has a stroke and wont close. No matter what I Do. So then I'm forced to hard reset my PC (If you leave early enough this doesn't happen). In previous patch cycles, eventually relogging would allow you to rejoin the game (most of the time too late, but just in time to get flamed by your team). But, in this patch cycle, my game won't even re launch. I relog, and I see the client tell me there is a game in progress, but does not relaunch the actual match. So Im stuck here losing LP for not only myself, but my teammates as well because of a bug. This is horrendous and completely unfair to everyone involved. This happened to me within the past 15 minutes, but a Fiora from a game I had yesterday had the same issue.

If anyone has a magic solution or any idea what causes this please tell me asap, this happens at least once a week it seems and Im tired of bleeding LP for no reason.

Update: I am currently trying to repair the client to see if this fixes the issue, although as it is not every game this happens, I will not have a definitive answer.
