[GAMEPLAY] Frostfang gives 5 gold every attack

Frostfang is supposed to give 10 gold every attack, but it only gives 5 gold just like Spellthief's Edge does. Frost Queen's Claim still gives 10 gold every attack

After seeing one of these threads the other day, I took some time and found why this issue is occurring.

This bug only occurs when you upgrade the item from Spellthief's while the passive (Tribute) is on cooldown from killing a minion. We have a fix for this, but since it's not a super critical bug we won't be deploying it until the next patch.

Sorry about that :( but if you avoid upgrading right after the passive goes down (12 second window), it should be okay.

If you find another way to make this happen, let me know~
