Bug or part of game now?

Not sure if this is a bug or part of the game now. But in 3 games now I've had a bug where when i'm in base and buy past the Homeguard bonus. I will sometimes just lose the bonus for buying even though I never left base. Not sure if anyone else is getting this but I've had this happen at least 3 of my games today. I'll get the homeguard bonus, buy while in base, then the bonus will just disappear.
