Can´t connect to chat

My friends have a little problem , they can´t connect to chat service , they are trying like for 30-60 min They had problem with "You leaved a game , please recconect" But that game was already finished , any help will be good , thanks

they have issues with their connection tell them to reset modems restart computer and then call their ISP
