Gifting Center (Store) NOT WORKING!

I want to gift a few things to friends this holiday season, but every time I press, "Unlock a Skin for a Friend" League of Legends just stops working, and says that it's "Not Responding" Riot please fix this problem before Christmas, and Merry Christmas to you too...
