[GAMEPLAY] Katarina Q, R, and Recall stop working randomly.

While playing Katarina, there comes some situations where your Q, R, And recall completely stop working. I've read about this bug a bit ago and the only way to solve this issue is to execute yourself, or die. The key figurations do not work, if I set them to default. The bug does not get fixed even if I disconnect and reconnect. Executing yourself late game isn't a grade A option. Please fix this bug, it's been happening to me a lot, and apparently it's been out for a while which is quite surprising. If anyone could help me too, that'd be amazing.
