After the new update it seems any time after champ select when the game itself launches it seems to instantly crash and refuse to open up. Never had this happen before and ive looked around the forums and online and there doesnt seem to be a fix. Not really sure if im fucked and should just uninstall this piece of shit or what.
I have had this issue too. It still persists after a repair, and after a clean install. If anyone has any solutions, it'd be great, I've had 5 crashes in 8 games over the last couple days.
Does it black screen after champ select (during loading screen)?

Got the same thing, the game won't even lunch anymore but I see it in the process in the task manager..
Same here. Everything works fine until a match launches and its just black screen.
Good luck to all of you. This is a problem that has apparently persisted since 2017 and Riot doesn't give any sort of help or comments about this particular bug.
