Huge White Visual Glitch

As soon as I loaded into the game, (I was playing adc Jinx) I bought my items and walked down to bot lane. As you can see in the picture, there is a very large white square of non-textured terrain. When minions would walk into it, their health bars would be almost non-existent, and very hard to see. Skillshots and others entities were also very laggy and difficult to dodge/see.

I have no idea how this bug occurred, it was just there in the beginning of the game until the end. I also restarted my game after I recalled, and as soon as I reconnected it was still there.

First time in 1000+ hours of League... Thanks in advance for support. The game was still playable, but hopefully it won't happen anymore for anyone.
