Black Screen After Champion Select

After the champion select timer counts down the client then goes into full screen as normal. The screen immediately goes black (covering the whole screen). Then It becomes a smaller screen, about the size of the champion select screen (still black). It flashes between the small screen and big screen for a few seconds and then minimizes. I can still hear in game sounds. This happened after the 5.9 update. Anything helps!
