Yasuo Q

I'm not sure if this is considered a bug, but I believe it should be fixed.

When yasuo is cc'd mid Q, it cancels the Q and doesn't refund the CD.

I just played a game vs riven + vi + leona, and this happened to me about 15 times in a row...

It's extremely annoying, as he's totally useless without Q stacks. I would welcome a small reduction in power to fix this!
