Irelia visual bug

Alright, so I was playing Irelia last night in a ranked 5's match, and when I got my ultimate I used it for an all in (which resorted in nothing). Anyway, I recall and get back to lane, and I notice that one of Irelia's blades from her ultimate was just stuck in it's spinning animation. It wouldn't deal damage or anything, it just stayed there spinning, and it didn't disappear for the whole match. I noticed this bug once more later on in the match close purple team's top inhibitor turret.

This was the only game that I noticed this bug in and I was using the Frostblade Irelia skin, so I don't know if it happens for every skin or if it's just for the Frostblade skin.
