I was gifted mystery skin and got nightblade irelia skin. But, today, I checked this skin disappeared.
Check my mystery gift history and restore it. I'm not sure whether there are more disappeared skins too.
If so, restore those skins too.

I do not believe this is a bug. Basically people found using illegitimate referrals in the Refer-A-Friend program have had the amount equivalent to the fraud points removed from their accounts. This includes RP, IP, and some extra IP that was earned with any boosts given. If the stuff you are missing was gifted, the friend would have been the one hit by this system.
