[GAMEPLAY] Azir Q BUG (updated)

Second video is more obvious I am not sure what riot did in these few patches to azir( I did not read all the patch notes) but I believed this bug happened more often after 7.1. (Often played azir since last year) https://youtu.be/TPMFIiKWHSU From 0:02-0:03, it is clear to see that azir Q did no damage while it lands on the target. ( its in range, as I can A.A. after the soldier land) It happen sometimes in the game and hopefully someone can fix it asap.

https://youtu.be/2l40AEQCuY8 From 0:01-0:02, the same problem happen again. Combo QE is used, It also hit the target but it does not provide me the shield and damage.......( the kill is due to my A.A.)

This bug happens like 1/2 times per game, although Q is used around 100 times in one game.~~ It really frustrating when you cant get the kill due to the bug.~~
