Graves and Twitch has some issue with rapid firecannon

So today I was playing with , after I came to battle I soon found a bug , which is that , when is full energized, you stand at the position which u can just hit the target, the damage of your auto attack would not be activated, only the passive and the extra damage of will be. I tried it in training tool a lot of times, and it happened every time. Also, if u target a minion or monster, they wont even be hit back , but it costs a bullet. Same happens to and , both the extra damages of and wont be activated as well when u use . Twitch has same issue as well (Urgot is fine).
