CLIENT Bug driving me crazy

Sometime the client lags and the "find match" button stays disabled, i tried everything changing the game mode and closing the party and reopen it all doesn't help, ok so i have to restart the client !!! when i do it doesn't close the "Leageoflegend.exe" process i have to restart the pc or kill this process to reopen the client cuz if i opened it while this process opened it stuck at the start up logo in the middle of the screen. then i kill the process or restart my pc and guess what ? i get message telling that the game restored to the previous patch and need to update again ?????? and i have to wait the update download every time this problem happens please fix![zombie-brand-clap]
