Ashe E bug
In my game today ashe used E over us and the seen icon (those two eyes above your champs head) stayed on me the whole match. Even after I died, respawned. It was really annoying since I didn't know when they actually have vision on me.

This has been a bug for a while, I think. I know I saw stuff about this months ago. Perhaps it was fixed for a while and is back, I don't know. But yeah, it's pretty annoying when it happens.
