[Gameplay] Item Sets are not appearing in-game

Hi.

I recently made a new item set dedicated to Sona, and set it up for Summoner's Rift and only Sona. I saved the item set and entered a match, but the set is not showing up; I'm only getting the recommended item set. There is no drop-down menu like there should be, the game is just not registering/showing my item set.

I haven't confirmed it with anyone else, but it's been done twice now. It is reproducible, and the steps needed for this to happen is to just have an item set active.
