Intermediate Fizz bot A.I. derping out

Intermediate Fizz bot started just running down botlane to his turret then turning around and going back,all the while there was no one there,no minions,and the botlane inhibitor was down.

TL:DR Intermediate Fizz bot runs down bot ignoring EVERYTHING thats happening around him. No clear reason.
